Pros

Competitive wages A couple free apparel items every quarter (but they take the taxes out on your check)

Cons

-Not a professional environment, management hires mostly college girls (sorority girls) who abbreviate every word (perf, offic, obvi)... I felt like every shift I would lose a few brain cells. -DM's are Kate Spade robots. Will not treat you like a real person. -Company takes advantage of your work ethic and when you do good, it's not good enough, they want more. But they won't pay you for it. -Work your butt off for a 30 cent raise if you're lucky. -If you're a professional person who avoids gossip you won't fit in. -Shallow managment. (I was a manager) & saw first hand that only pretty people were scheduled during corporate visits, the girls who weren't as pretty were taken off for that day. As another poster put it "bangle banging morons" describes the workers and the work environment. Stay away If you have any genuineity to you and want a rewarding job.

Pros

I love that company offers wellness days and other benefits to focus on your mental health. I also like how there’s more training outlets for leadership and stylist.

Cons

The only con I would say is having an extra layer up for mental health insurance for stylist

Pros

Majority of cross-functional team members are great to work with, toxic behavior is rarely tolerated.

Cons

Back to back deadlines No time for vacations (deadlines also consistently shift, making it difficult to pre-plan vacations that aren't a 3 day weekend) No growth/promotions (even when you've been handling tasks that were your boss's job for 4 years) Underpaid and overworked
