Pros

great discount, fun dress code, easy money (if ever scheduled). when i would actually get hours, NOT ON CALLS, i would make good money. weekly pay? over $9 an hour? for a college student that's awesome! good if it's not your main source of income.

Cons

managers are awful. rude to customers and employees and super super fake. they're under the impression if they say anything with a smile then it's taken in a positive way. schedules are a nightmare. 30 hours one week, the next week 15 on call hours. having to call the store 2 hours before they MIGHT want/need me to work is not only inconvenient, but illegal. the store almost never made it's sales goals, so then we would have less hours to work with and it was very clear who the favorite employees were.

Pros

I love that company offers wellness days and other benefits to focus on your mental health. I also like how there’s more training outlets for leadership and stylist.

Cons

The only con I would say is having an extra layer up for mental health insurance for stylist

Pros

Really fun products, customers are friendly.

Cons

Discount is similar to customer price. They keep everyone part time to avoid paying benefits. Required to harass every customer. Lack of management or support. No employee handbook.
