Imagine working for the worst sorority you can imagine, full of the most catty, superficial, petty, backstabbing gossipy girls (and I'm talking about upper management and executives as well as store level employees). I am embarrassed I ever worked for this company and can't believe I lasted as long as I did. If you shop in one of the stores and feel like they are talking about you after you leave the store or while you are in the fitting room, you are probably right. If you call HR, you will be blackballed by the sorority and things will get bad -fast. Mean Girls style. Avoid this brand - you will be talked about behind your back, thrown under the bus, gossiped about - it's middle school all over again. If you miss middle school, consider working at kate spade.
