      Pros

      Basic training for manufacturing. This place makes any other occupation and facility a dream. You can survive here; you can survive anywhere. Be ready to work 14-16 hours a day. 6 days a week. Be ready for phone calls around the clock.

      Cons

      Dysfunctional management on steroids. Bureaucratic system on steroids. Sink or swim No training Only those who work get recognized with more work. No incentive People who fly under the radar and play politics get promoted

      Pros

      Easy advancement due to high turnover, gain lots of experience, good location being so close to Corktown

      Cons

      Unorganized, expects overwork as the norm, doesn't fix existing problems and expects employees to tediously fire fight and clean up as the solution, every task is urgent, low level of collaboration between departments
