Pros
Compensation and benefits are much better as compared to many of the Tier 1 suppliers in the area. They provide you with the tools to improve yourself professionally, if you can find the time. They offer tuition reimbursement and web based training tools. They pay 15 or 16 holidays and normally give the requested vacation time that a new hire with experience requests.
Cons
Lack of innovation and managements ability to understand strategic requirements makes it difficult for the company to compete. Many of the managers often flip-flop with their decisions because the frankly don't know what to do. A lot of the policies and cultural requirements are created in Bonn without input from US personnel. The German's and American's do not appear to understand one another's cultures - even after all of these years.
