      freedom, slow pace to work, good work life balance

      Cons

      you have to stay there for a long time, or sacrifice to move to other countries or plants in a very small cities, not good for young people

      Easy advancement due to high turnover, gain lots of experience, good location being so close to Corktown

      Cons

      Unorganized, expects overwork as the norm, doesn't fix existing problems and expects employees to tediously fire fight and clean up as the solution, every task is urgent, low level of collaboration between departments
