Terrible place to work - Anonymous employee Kautex Employee Review

CEO is cruel, can't be reasoned with and very hot tempered. The worst person I have ever worked for. Left a large body count of very capable employees and shouldn't be in management of any sort. He has no use for Americans. Quick to turn a blind eye to whatever is happening in Mexico as long as they turn a profit. Textron has been happy to rid itself of a lot of non-aircraft business and has always hatred Automotive. Only a matter of time before this place is sold.
