Pros
Decent pay if your willing to sign your life’s freedom away and be willing to be kicked around like a nobody for decent pay all you’re going to get here is decent money as a payoff to be treated very poorly mentally and physically.
Cons
Poor or lack of decision making skills on behalf of the entire management staff make this place a living hell on earth for any decent human being. Bad management turns into poor planning which turns into more stress and constant overtime on the week days and weekends on a regular rotating schedule .Management will not take any accountability for any mistakes they’ve made and instead do whatever they can to put you in a situation that seems really good for yourself but beware if you’re ever told your doing a good job and they want to promote you or give you some sort of advanced training it’s usually a sign their building you up to take a big fall for one of their own mistakes or to put you into an uncomfortable situation until you quit or make a mistake so that they can fire you. they use positive reenforcement here as a tool to punish people that they don’t like or agree with it’s one big mind game here so if your ready to sign on you better be ready to sign your life away and you better hire a physiologist before you start because your going to need one shortly into your career here. I’ve never worked anywhere in my life where the people are so desperate to keep a job they will secretly backstab you to death with a smile on their face until you quit or get fired. There’s a few large groups of friends and family that pretty much run the show there and if your not in their click it doesn’t matter how good of a job you do your not going to last long. H.R. department complaints on favoritism and poor treatment fall of Deaf ears, don’t worry though they have a compliance hotline you can call to start an investigation into your claim of mistreatment though and that falls on deaf ears as well. Good luck !
