      average compensation and good health benefits

      Cons

      as an engineer forget about life outside work. if you are working an 8-hour shift that means you are not working until unless you pull a 10 to 12-hour work shift. Sometimes people are nice but often they are really rude. Your work is not appreciated.

      Easy advancement due to high turnover, gain lots of experience, good location being so close to Corktown

      Cons

      Unorganized, expects overwork as the norm, doesn't fix existing problems and expects employees to tediously fire fight and clean up as the solution, every task is urgent, low level of collaboration between departments
