      An environment where you will certainly get the chance to learn and develop. A real learn by doing atmosphere.

      Cons

      Lack of standards and training leads to a lot of unnecessary fire fighting at the plant level each day.

      Easy advancement due to high turnover, gain lots of experience, good location being so close to Corktown

      Cons

      Unorganized, expects overwork as the norm, doesn't fix existing problems and expects employees to tediously fire fight and clean up as the solution, every task is urgent, low level of collaboration between departments
