      Will get paid, obviously below par

      Cons

      Worked at the company for 3 years as an Engineer at Detroit plant. Most rude management, no empathy, would ask to work at night on weekend with no notice, no asking. Would have sued them for their behavior if not for my visa.

      Pros

      Easy advancement due to high turnover, gain lots of experience, good location being so close to Corktown

      Cons

      Unorganized, expects overwork as the norm, doesn't fix existing problems and expects employees to tediously fire fight and clean up as the solution, every task is urgent, low level of collaboration between departments
