      Great Parent Company, good benefits.

      Cons

      Poor local management, departments not in alignment, discourages collaboration. Managers don't value education as the are not educated. Substandard products.

      Easy advancement due to high turnover, gain lots of experience, good location being so close to Corktown

      Cons

      Unorganized, expects overwork as the norm, doesn't fix existing problems and expects employees to tediously fire fight and clean up as the solution, every task is urgent, low level of collaboration between departments
