Lots of mandatory overtime - Assembly Line Worker Kautex Employee Review

Too much overtime. Must work 12 hour shifts, you can sign up to come in 4 hours early or stay 4 after your shift. New employees only offered 2nd or 3rd shift. You can request certain days of the week to serve over, if you don’t write specific days, they’ll mandate you for whatever and you will be pointed absent if you don’t work. Lots of Saturdays, either you volunteer or they’ll mandate you.
