      The best part of working here is that you get the best of both worlds - a global company that doesn't feel too big. Excellent health care, amazing people who care about you and a lot of growth opportunities.

      There is sometimes a disconnect between headquarters in Germany and the local Troy office.

      Easy advancement due to high turnover, gain lots of experience, good location being so close to Corktown

      Cons

      Unorganized, expects overwork as the norm, doesn't fix existing problems and expects employees to tediously fire fight and clean up as the solution, every task is urgent, low level of collaboration between departments
