      Lots of overtime if you want it.

      Cons

      No communication, sent home a lot, little organization on production floor or materials department, no moral, overworked, mandated at last minute

      Easy advancement due to high turnover, gain lots of experience, good location being so close to Corktown

      Cons

      Unorganized, expects overwork as the norm, doesn't fix existing problems and expects employees to tediously fire fight and clean up as the solution, every task is urgent, low level of collaboration between departments
