      Pros

      A global company with a fair amount of diversity in gender and ethnicity. Still mostly white men at the top of the chain.

      Cons

      Depending on department there's some flexibility in remote vs in person but the materials team is 5 days a week mostly 9 - 10 hour days as well.

      Pros

      Easy advancement due to high turnover, gain lots of experience, good location being so close to Corktown

      Cons

      Unorganized, expects overwork as the norm, doesn't fix existing problems and expects employees to tediously fire fight and clean up as the solution, every task is urgent, low level of collaboration between departments
