the management team will throw money at you, so they are able to treat you like a piece of garbage while taking the freedom of your life away while you work nonstop with little to no time off for your family.

management for the most part is very condescending and unprofessional. most of them run in circles constantly trying to figure out how to run the business further into the ground then what they already have through lack of experience all the while showing no appreciation whatsoever to the employees on the floor at any level. sexual relations between floor workers and between low level managers and floor personnel runs ramped and goes unchecked by upper management. you're only going to get ahead there if you're friends with one of the family members in management or you're involved sexually with a low-level manager. If you're lucky enough you might get rewarded with working for or side by side with a convicted felon every day. The company for whatever reason loves to hire sex offenders at this plant so consider yourself warned and if after all of this you still decide to work at this establishment once you start there be sure to write names of people down so you can check all of them against a current sex offender registry so you can keep yourself somewhat safe.
