      Plenty of development opportunities, clear org structure, easy to get feedback on work. Lots of opportunities for connections in the organization

      Cons

      Work, especially for associates is relatively few and far between, given a few major projects but not a ton of responsibility outside of that

      Easy advancement due to high turnover, gain lots of experience, good location being so close to Corktown

      Cons

      Unorganized, expects overwork as the norm, doesn't fix existing problems and expects employees to tediously fire fight and clean up as the solution, every task is urgent, low level of collaboration between departments
