Pros
Kavi was an exciting place back in 2000. The people were cool, management was laid back, they moved into a loft space, they were hiring left and right, and their new Internet-based software was something new. When I first started, I didn't even really know what 'customized web-based applications for technical industry standards' was. They even survived the tech crash of 2001 with minimal casualties. Hardly anyone quit. Things were looking bright. Fast forward and one of the partners left with a few other employees to start a new company. Within a few years of that, Dave, the other partner, was the only one left from when I was there.
Cons
I shouldn't really comment since it has been awhile since I was there. It does seems like they don't really have anything new in the last 10 years, just updated versions of their standard software.
