Business Outlook
Pros
Their charitable donations & community volunteering are decent. Company is employee owned but that’s only beneficial if you’re there 10+ years. Generally, co-workers and management are kind & easy to get along with.
Cons
Ordering is very difficult for customers & inventory management is out dated and inefficient. Upper level management is 99% white male and there’s very little diversity amongst mid level management either. HR is consistently hostile & aggressive towards employees and the benefits & pay they present at time of hire is not at all what it seems.
