Good for fresh grads and first timers. Gives you a sense of coperate level workplace and teamwork. Some people there are polite and friendly, so if lucky, you might end up being with them.
Cons
- Management only cares about itself, your wellbeing means nothing to them - Lack of vision, they're taking alot of losses recently and are being hush hush about it - Lack of transparency - Lack of Job security. Expect to be shoved from one position to the other, and all all forms of shift work. - Prevailance of interal work policies over employee promotions and hikes
