- AMAZING people, I loved the junior team - You learn a lot, there are great opportunities within the projects to talk to clients and understand how consulting works
Cons
- Since the office is small, you have to be liked by the senior team in order to be considered for promotions, it's not just merit based - The projects are kind of always with the same clients, so once you get staffed in a certain kind of project you'll always be in the same industry since the team is smaller
