Pros

Smart people, interesting projects, strong thought leadership

Cons

Toxic culture, terrible work/life balance even for consulting, little executive transparency, upward feedback does not offer the anonymity when project teams are small so there is fear of retribution, people are rewarded for being aggressive towards their junior team members

We value feedback and developed the WorkSmart Charters in order to support work-life balance goals for project teams. As you note, The Barometer is not a perfect tool to solicit feedback for small project teams, but it does drive accountability and facilitates project leads making necessary adjustments.
