Pros
ATK has a program called "pathway for parents" which help you to have a better work life balance while you are raising a child. Leadership are very serious about this and so far have been supportive.
Cons
Once you are liked in one industry, leadership usually hold you for the same client(s) within the industry which for me is not the case I like as I wanted to explore as many industries as I could
