Pros

Decent projects Typically B clients, but interesting issues Some strategy

Cons

Huge issue with lack of bonus Horrendous work-life balance Complete faith in rating system Lots of cost transformations A.T. Kearney paid out its bonuses in the very end of February (2014) for 2013 work. Furthermore, A.T. Kearney, a firm that pays under the industry average at the lower ranks, paid no bonus to roughly 50% of employees. [About 15% are getting out-counseled]. The other 35% were not given a bonus. The bonus was completely tied to your annual performance evaluation, a system that is by no means at all perfect - and mostly flawed. Even folks who got promotions in 2013 were not consistently happy with their bonus as a percent of their new salaries. 'Leaving the firm' e-mails have like 5x'd because everyone is overworked and worked for that bonus - they're leaving when they don't get it.
