- As a first step into consulting - If you are interested in procurement, this is the best consulting firm in the area - most of the big work is related to procurement and that includes work done by management consultants and not just the Procurement Solutions team
Cons
- Your career depends on which senior manager you align with and sometimes you don't have a choice due to your previous background - Poor work life balance; 80+ hours a week is the norm and main reason could be because no one has much knowledge about the project that has been sold and are scrambling to learn and do things at the same time given short project timelines
