As a consulting firm, Kearney offers accelerated growth and competitive compensation to its employees.
Cons
Although being a labor heavy company, Kearney treats its employees poorly. Burnout leaves are a weekly routine at the company and the leadership doesn't deal with the problem seriously. Kearney might be an excelent stepstone for a better career opportunity, but I wouldn't advise it as a company to build a long term career.
