This place is very stressful to work for. You're required to produce 7.5 hours of billing out of an 8 hour day. So that means no breaks. You work like a horse. Most management has no leadership/people skills, so the communication is unprofessional and unsafe in a mental health care setting. The training was virtually non-existent! It's sink or swim. I could go on, but I won't.
