Management does not care about workers. The pay is low and increases barely each year, about 35 cents a year. They keep bad employees when low on employees. It is hard to get new hires and keep them due to management. Company morale is low. Employees are endangered regularly by inmates that are let loose in front of Keefe employees alone. Deputies can be respectful and intimidated to employees.
