Pros
the customers are people with integrity and character. they make the experience worthwhile. benefits are basic. traveling can be enjoyable. employee discount on products sold can be of value.
Cons
unproductive culture full of blaming and unrealistic expectations. no personal life...although they tout that they are a family owned company and family comes first. bad management full of hot heads and men that don't look at what's right in front of them and you can tell them over and over again...they still don't get it. non-existent training program. NO COMMISSION STATEMENTS! they lie about getting them or that they are coming and yes, I was shorted on pay. reactionary based business practices and they talk about how we all need to change that, but they are the ones who breed it. current CEO said he would set up a training program...that was 3 years ago.
