Pros
This has literally been my favorite IT job I’ve had thus far. My direct manager and team are amazing to work with. Unfortunately, I am currently not working (healing from an injury), but even after the accident, they continued to check in and care for me: very hard to find these days! The quarterly bonuses are pretty clutch, too, but they are merit based, so you gotta work for it! Also, even though we all work remote (mostly, in IT), there is a very open line of communication from team to team: I’m not afraid to reach out to development if I have a question! Please remember, this is software you’ve probably never worked with before
Cons
I started at Keefe at the very beginning of COVID when we were all trying to figure out what to do. Yes, training is very minimal, but, if you’ve worked in the tech field before, you will catch on quick. That’s really it. Take the time to do your own training too: it will take you far.
