-Admin unfair T-Tess. Will mark you low so on their side they can say they are “growing” teachers -PLC is too admin driven and teachers are given additional tasks to complete with no input -Too data driven. Little emphasis on anything other than data from admin. -Admin have little experience in the classroom. Most have done the minimum and move up. -This district is up your butt in the classroom. Admin / instructional coach always in teachers rooms. Annoying. -Lesson plan templates long and time consuming.
