Pros
The pay is decent to start.
Cons
Oh well, let's start with recruitment. Nothing your recruiter tells you will be accurate. Now on to training. You will be given minimal training and told to take your first call, without ever seeing a completed call. Don't worry, they won't actually tell you you're taking calls, until about 5 minutes before and then half way through the day they'll tell you, you're going to do it alone. It was stressful for everyone. Then they move you on to Nesting, where they repeat a ton of information, so much so that you wonder why they don't have time to actually train you in things. Now move on to production. Don't worry about doing things wrong because even if you do everything right, they'll find something to chastize you about and try to call it constructive. Also, if you need to use the bathroom more than 3 times a day, this isn't the company for you. Oh and if your internet goes out, through no fault of your own, it's counted against you, not just not paid, but an occurrence.
