      Depends on what department you are in

      Doesn't value you , doesn't take your wellbeing in to consideration. They don't do anything in regards to in house bullying, they deflect and would rather let you go then help. They don't let you seek hr help and if you stand up for yourself they will just let you go. They would rather ignore you and replace you then improve the working environment. Good luck to anyone who is employed here.

      Pros

      Virtual, work from home position. The pay was great, the hours were great, they work with you and are very flexible, can always pick up shifts if you have under 40 hours, (you're scheduled 40 hours but if you miss a day that week) you can pick up another shift from the board

      Cons

      There aren't any cons that I can think of at this time.
