Pros
The majority of the jobs are great places to work, and they are temp-to-hire programs. If you do not like the job, they tell you to finish out the day and the next day they will find you other employment. Another plus is you get paid weekly.
Cons
You will get called in to see if you want the job or not, then 3 to 4 weeks later if you are not working someplace else by then you get a call stating when you start the job.
