Pros
You can have a stable work life if you fit in to culture and comply with loads of duties that have little to do with talent at recruiting and more to do with documentation.
Cons
Company rewards being safe, compliance, ability to document and use all rrequired databases over huge recruiting talent and numbers. Not a lot of money to be made, even with big numbers.
