Pros
Kelly has access to jobs with large companies
Cons
Contract work and their new OCG division does not work to in the best interest of the worker and in many cases will not try to get the best rate for a contractor. Kelly also promises raises to the OCG employees but never follows through except with excuses. Payroll has constant problems with paying employees properly.
