      Pros

      They are like Kmart in that many know their name so they use them based on the fact that they don't know any other temp agency names.

      Cons

      You are treated as a temp at all times. Customer is always right. Jobs are offered using favoritism. Increases are non existent even at long term positions. Nothing pro-active about finding new positions either. You are not treated as an individual as a 'contract' employee is treated even though you are under contract. Maybe because the contract is for the position and not the person?

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule during the week and the ability to plan based on teachers putting in PTO and putting it on the calendar. The use of the computer to select dates of employment and to put in timecard information is intuitive. Having an app to look at when not at a computer to see job opportunities is also convenient. Communication from Kelly is awesome.

      Cons

      Schools not needing substitutes during the summer break. Not knowing what number Kelly is contacting me from for short notice opportunities.

      Pros

      Virtual, work from home position. The pay was great, the hours were great, they work with you and are very flexible, can always pick up shifts if you have under 40 hours, (you're scheduled 40 hours but if you miss a day that week) you can pick up another shift from the board

      Cons

      There aren't any cons that I can think of at this time.
