Pros
they are flexible, you get to work from home if you get the right project, there is allot of room for growth. They have great bonus and incentives like free devices. The pay is okay not great but not minimum either. There is plenty of overtime hours especially during the holidays.
Cons
They are quite strict on attendance policy but they have made recent changes to update the policy. Once you move up you can degrade to a lower position, the only way to go back down if you don't like the higher position is to quit and then reapply and go through the whole process. No vacation time since it is obviously a temp agency, but it is not just no vacation pay it is hard to get a week or two off just to have some family times.
