      Pros

      Friendly staff, lots of locations (and the different offices seem to work together effectively) and they have placement opportunities for a wide variety of different companies and industries.

      Cons

      Seems like a lot of the opportunities that come around are temporary/seasonal/short-term. Kelly does have an insurance plan you can buy into, but I got a better plan through the affordable care act.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule during the week and the ability to plan based on teachers putting in PTO and putting it on the calendar. The use of the computer to select dates of employment and to put in timecard information is intuitive. Having an app to look at when not at a computer to see job opportunities is also convenient. Communication from Kelly is awesome.

      Cons

      Schools not needing substitutes during the summer break. Not knowing what number Kelly is contacting me from for short notice opportunities.

      Pros

      Virtual, work from home position. The pay was great, the hours were great, they work with you and are very flexible, can always pick up shifts if you have under 40 hours, (you're scheduled 40 hours but if you miss a day that week) you can pick up another shift from the board

      Cons

      There aren't any cons that I can think of at this time.
