Business Outlook
Pros
Professional, issues handled quickly, value employees. The system in which they use to recruit subs for the school district seems fair. The districts that we are eligible to work in are continuously growing.
Cons
Salary for my district is not very competitive. As of this past school year many things have changed from a community like atmosphere to big corporation atmosphere. I cannot tell if this is good or bed yet, however, it seems like a community atmosphere is always better than corporate.
