It was extremely easy to get hired. Obviously, the more low-pay workers you get the more money you may off the backs of others.
Cons
Staffing agency that provides extremely low paying jobs. Worked on their contract for a major Fortune 500 company for nearly half the pay. I had no clue how much the actual company was paying until I sought an interview directly with the contract company. Kelly Services takes almost half of your salary for themselves. These rats obviously stay in business by robbing their employees of their dignity, wages, and benefits. There is no life-work balance, as you will spend all of your days slaving to make enough to pay ONLY SOME of your bills. Management is a joke. Even the management staff will pick up and leave when they see a better opportunity a-coming. I have never seen a group of employees so mistreated in my life. Abuse. Character assassination. This was also the first time I worked a fulltime job, but still qualified for food stamps. That means you are living at the poverty level. Received satisfaction surveys, from customers, for work performed. Whenever a customer complains and CLEARLY states it was the person they spoke to before you, it still counts against YOU, affecting your ability to receive any bonus money!
