Pros
The training was great. Kelly Learning Center always had new classes and the instructors cared about their students. The HRIS system Kelly uses is great for day to day tasks.
Cons
Many of the individuals you will work with are extremely unprofessional- sending you inappropriate chat messages, saying inappropriate things to candidates (ie: how old are you), favoritism is huge. The pay is very low. There is almost no chance to get promoted and you do pretty much the same thing every single day. Bonuses happen, but it's based on your branch's income. If the branch doesn't do well (ie: isn't in an area with lots of clients, or the BDR doesn't get many new clients), you won't get a bonus no matter how hard you work. Contrary to what other reviewers stated, the work life balance is terrible. If you are firing someone you've placed at a customer, you need to wait until after their shift to call them and let them go. As much as I understand why this has to happen, it is not appropriate to have to call an employee from your home at midnight when their shift lets out. Unless you are a technical recruiter, the individuals you are placing are horrendous. Most of them are on unemployment and could care less about the job you put them in. They call you from their I Phones, saying they "need a job to prove to unemployment that they're looking". You literally couldn't pay me enough to go back to this job.
