Underpaid for the scope of work expected. They do not respect your time and you have no say over schedule. Frequently, you have no idea what you will be working the following week until last minute. They take way more than is given. You are trotted from team to team with no warning so no lasting connections are developed. No benefits. You are at the mercy of surveys that are often counted unfairly i.e. Customer clearly states that you were great but they are mad at a company policy. So they mark it dissatisfied. Then you get coached, made to feel fearful for your job, and get paid less until you recover your average. Too much stress for so little reward.
