      1. Top management are good people with strong values. 2. They have a competitive portfolio of services to offer within the staffing market. 3. Chance for promotion is real and can be quick due to staff turnover.

      Cons

      1. Lots of employee turnover due to the nature of this highly competitive industry. 2. When the economic cycle slows, positions are quickly cut. 3. Hard to make real money.

      Pros

      Virtual, work from home position. The pay was great, the hours were great, they work with you and are very flexible, can always pick up shifts if you have under 40 hours, (you're scheduled 40 hours but if you miss a day that week) you can pick up another shift from the board

      Cons

      There aren't any cons that I can think of at this time.
