Pros
I have been with Kelly for about 1 year and have loved it so far. Being new to the staffing industry I was lucky to get into the Kelly Partnered Staffing Division that staffs for lower level positions as well as executive positions which has allowed to start off learning all that goes along with staffing at a good pace. I have the best manager who is supportive and compassionate and works hard.
Cons
As such a large and very profitable company, I feel the benefits offered are lacking, health insurance is good but expensive with high deductibles. Few paid holidays.
