Pros
Kelly does have a good work from home model. I stayed way too long because I did enjoy the work and they do have a good model for the most part
Cons
You don't get paid what the job is worth. Unfortunately there is corupption in the higher ranks and contrary to what they say that it is a performance based organization, its more "who you know" than what you know to advance. Many really really qualififed people are kept on the phones to benefit upper management. The pay is embarrassing for who the client is. I loved the job. I gained valuable call center experience. I had zero appreciation as one of their top producers.
