Pros

flexibility, independence, decent salary, can't think of any other pros

Cons

lack of growth, lack of direction, you do peer reviews and even if you have great reviews, it doesn't mean anything. I had two consecutive years of great reviews but it wasn't accompanied with no type of bonus, pay raise, just a pat on the back, good job. It is a good place for you to transition to another job, but don't make this a permanent stay

My first year was amazing. It was mu dream to be a teacher and Kellly made it possible

Sometimes challenging to make contact directly with Kelly Leadership.

Pros

Virtual, work from home position. The pay was great, the hours were great, they work with you and are very flexible, can always pick up shifts if you have under 40 hours, (you're scheduled 40 hours but if you miss a day that week) you can pick up another shift from the board

Cons

There aren't any cons that I can think of at this time.
