Pros
Great education program and training, some flexibility especially with right manager if they allow you to meet your clients / candidates in person, good salary (base) and great benefits, good managers (mostly) however too many of them, solid ability to advance and transfer across nation.
Cons
Very bad bonus structure that focuses on contract fee's being most important (i.e. staffing and temp) over direct placement and those temp positions even in Technical side are supposed to be more tech / admin side then actually a focus on the specific technical area you are recruiting (i.e. engineering tech instead of quality manager); low bonus percentage; a lot of managers and high manager turn over with not enough actual workers; Communication between all the managers is often poor and the structure for the Professional Technical Recruiters is in flux with a drive for metrics based job reviews.
