Pros
Great approachable Management and senior management. In my opinion the company is a solution orientated proactive company that looks at each client case individually instead of just looking at KPI driven sales techniques regardless of client relationships. Some very smart hard working people work for Kelly. Carl Camden is a very nice guy.
Cons
They need to update their systems. Other agencies have much more modern databases than Kelly. No other cons from me though.
